How do I register on the Better website?

Click on the Login / Register button on the top right corner of the website and you will be directed to an online registration form.


I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

1. Click on “Forgot your password?” enter the email address you used to register.
2. You will receive a temporary link to reset your password in your email.
3. Click on the link in your email and reset new password.


How do I make changes to my account?

It's easy to make changes to your details, whether it's your payment information, password or address book. Log-in to your account and you'll see a range of categories of the page under 'Account Settings'.

How do I become a member?

To be BETTER member in Malaysia, you must be over the age of 18 who is a citizen or a permanent resident ONLY.


Is there any membership fee required to become a member?

There is no membership fee and maintenance fee. However, there's a fee of RM118 implied for signing up the membership.
Upon signing up you will receive 3 sets of Sharing Kits (worth RM116) and we will credit a RM118 e- vouchers to your account which you can use to purchase any of our products.
(Woah.. it seems like you have a free membership and free gifts (both worth RM234) when you sign up)


Are there any limitations in subscribing to this site as a member?

An individual can apply one membership only. Individual is prohibited to join multiple times under difference ID's. Membership can be terminated by Better Prestige Sdn. Bhd. for misconduct.


How can I withdraw my membership?

You can withdraw from BETTER membership at any time. There are no conditions for withdrawing from BETTER. Please download and complete the Membership Termination Form (TERMINATION OF BETTER MEMBERSHIP) and send to helpline@better.com.my


Why is my membership de-activated?

Due to our company membership planning and policy, we will automatically deactivate membership account which is not active and no purchase transaction for more than 12 months. In the case that you wish to join again as member, you will require to register as a new member and start the process again.
