How to Order


How can I make an online purchase on the Better website?

1. It's easy to place an order with us. Log-in to your account to begin browsing our range.
2. Choose the product you want click Add to Cart to add the item into your shopping cart.
3. You may continue to browse other items by clicking the category tabs on the top page bar.
4. Once you have finished selecting your products, click on the checkout button.
5. At Checkout, enter your shipping information and choose your payment method.
6. Check everything is correct, confirm and place your order.
7. You will receive an order confirmation from us; and a payment confirmation email from the payment gateway.


How do I track my order status?

Please check in "My Account" > "Order History & Details". You will receive an email notification once the products have been shipped with tracking number. You will able to track the shipment status via our appointed courier service website.


How do I know that my order is successful?

After placing your order and making payment, you will receive an email notification, which confirms your order number, name, item purchased and shipping information.


Can I modify my shipping information after order confirm?

Shipping information is not able to modify after order confirm.


Can I modify my order items after order confirm?

Order items are not able to modify after order confirm.


How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment had been madeno further changes is allowed. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.


What if there is product missing in my parcel?

Please report the case within 48 hours and send the images of all items received, packaging of outer box by email to helpline@better.com.my


I have received a damaged item. What should I do?

We take pride in our products so we're sorry to hear you've received your order damaged. Sometimes things can go wrong but don’t worry, as we can help. Please send us a message by email to helpline@better.com.my with the pictures of the damage products, as soon as we've looked into what went wrong, we'll let you know what we plan to do next by sending you an email.

We'll need to know the following information so that we can fix this for you-
1. Order Number
2. Incorrect item received
3. The correct item ordered
As soon as we've looked into what went wrong, we'll let you know what we plan to do next by sending you an email.


There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?

We may have sent your order in separate parcels so please check if any of your items will be arriving separately. If an item is missing, kindly reach out to our help team at helpline@better.com.my with the order number and the missing item's name. We will look into this as quickly as we can.
